All of the orders you place on our shopping site are delivered to you, our customers, via cargo.
You can check the status of your order on the member login / My Orders page. You can see your order number, shipping information and tracking number on the My Orders page. The cargo tracking number of your orders that appear in the sent status will be reflected after a while.
Things to consider when receiving your order;
When the products in your order from our site reach you, the cargo officer who comes to deliver the ordered product is with you; Take delivery of the product by checking whether the code numbers of the product you have ordered and the product delivered to you match.
 
We pass all the products that we are selling, to be delivered to our valued customers, from the seller companies, to the packaging and preparation for delivery to the courier company, during the damage control. It is not possible for any product from our company to be sent as damaged. However, due to their nature (fragile products such as glassware, electrical devices, etc.), sensitive products can be dropped during direct transportation or damaged due to cargo loading. What to do in such situations;
How should I receive the cargo package?
When your order is delivered to you by the cargo officer, make sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving it, and in case of any damage, tear or crushing in the box, warn the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Determination Report" without signing any documents related to the delivery. "Damage Determination Report" is signed mutually with the cargo officer, specifying the day and time, and return your damaged parcel to the cargo officer by taking a copy of it together with the report. By informing us about the subject, you can request that the new product be sent to you immediately by us.
After the cargo company delivered the package, we noticed that the box was dented, torn or damaged, what should we do?
The duty of the cargo company is to safely deliver the shopping you make on our website to the right person by providing safe transportation. Our company is not responsible for any damage you notice after receiving your order.
