Name and Center of the Association
Article 1 – Name of the Association: “Volunteer Occasions Assistance and Solidarity Association”.
The headquarters of the association is Adana.
The branch of the association will be opened.
Purpose of the Association and Fields of Activity and Fields of Activity to be Continued by the Association in order to Realize This Purpose
Article 2– a-) Activities with aid content: Association; It protects the poor, in need of help, orphans, orphans, patients, students, and provides all kinds of in-kind and cash aid at home and abroad. All kinds of natural disasters, earthquake, flood, famine and similar disasters and all kinds of war etc. It helps people who have been victimized, in distress, disaster, refugee status, injured, crippled, sick, stranded, starving or in the open, lost their homes and homes, unprotected, victims of disasters, and people in need of all kinds of help, and It brings these people from abroad to our country and meets their accommodation and education needs. It opens nursing homes, shelters, soup kitchens, slaughterhouses, kindergartens, rehabilitation centers, guesthouses, cultural centers in the country and abroad, which will contribute to the realization of aids, helps to open them or contributes to the operation of those that have been opened. It establishes and operates tent cities, logistics centers, social stores and other facilities, and provides all kinds of in-kind and cash assistance to such establishments. It also distributes meals to those in need and purchases related services. In particular, it works to identify the poor in the country and abroad, and creates units for this purpose. Neighborhoods and regions, drinking water, irrigation systems, agricultural activities, production, etc. It makes and manages projects in the fields, and provides in-kind and financial aid. It makes a poverty map of the country on the basis of neighborhoods and determines people, organizations and fraternal families that will help the poor. In this way, it provides food, rent, shelter, housing, fuel, clothing, cleaning materials, business establishments, household goods to the needy, organizes events on these issues, and participates in the events organized. It can help other associations etc. charitable organizations for the same purpose.
  b-) Activities with social content: It organizes meetings with dinner and tea for the purpose of providing income and education to the association. Kermes, auction, picnic, summer camp etc. It also organizes events.
  c-) Educational activities: To the extent permitted by the relevant legislation, schools, dormitories, courses, reading halls, etc. grants scholarships to underprivileged students studying, sheltering or studying in places; provides food, clothing, tools and equipment. If possible, he constructs buildings for this purpose; operates or transfers the right to operate. It provides financial and moral assistance and grants scholarships to students at all levels of education at home and abroad, from those who have an academic career to those in need, without any discrimination. It ensures that the members of the association, its employees, and the volunteers receive training in the country and abroad when necessary, in order to improve their knowledge and skills about the work they do, and gives, gives and receives foreign language training according to the needs.
  d-) Health-related activities: To the extent permitted by the relevant legislation and within the limits of possibility, everyone in need of health care in the country and abroad, poor patients are treated. It contributes to meeting all kinds of medicine and treatment costs in cases of birth, illness or accident. He has his treatments done at home and abroad. It works jointly with all institutions serving in the field of health and purchases services. It provides accommodation for patients and their relatives coming from outside the city during their treatment and purchases related services. Provides equipment and material assistance to the disabled and organizations related to the disabled. It establishes laboratories, hospitals, clinics, dispensaries, mobile health teams, health vehicles, health cabins, pharmacies and similar facilities, provides in-service training, sends health personnel and medical supplies to the needed regions for humanitarian aid in the country and abroad. It organizes events to raise awareness of the society about health.
  e-) Activities related to the environment: It carries out activities in the country and abroad to prevent the deterioration and pollution of the natural environment. In this sense, it carries out activities to raise awareness of the society on environmental pollution, deterioration of natural balance, erosion and global warming. It cooperates with organizations engaged in such activities. It makes researches, prepares projects, contributes to such activities. In this sense, it participates in the activities of protecting the natural environment at home and abroad. It carries out the protection, restoration and restoration works of historical and cultural values, structures, monuments; contributes financially and morally to those who do.
  f-) Activities in the form of cooperation: In order to realize its objectives and develop its activities, the association shall participate in public activities to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation.
 
g-) Activities to increase the income of the association and its promotional activities: In line with its objectives, it organizes events such as bazaars, conferences, exhibitions, panels, seminars, symposiums in the country and abroad for the purpose of providing income and / or promotion for the association; participates in such activities and opens stands. It publishes books, brochures, magazines, bulletins and similar publications. It makes promotional promotions and organizes trips. It establishes and operates economic enterprises, cooperatives, foundations, and may become a partner in enterprises and cooperatives. It buys immovable property, accepts donations, builds, leases it, uses it for the purposes of the association, and operates it to generate income. Donations made to the association; accepts donations of cash, food, clothing, tools and equipment, electronic devices, fuel and cleaning materials and livestock. It receives sacrifice donations during our religious holiday and during the year, and organizes sacrifices at home and abroad. It can take the sacrifice fees abroad and cooperate with NGOs in other countries. It rents out movable or immovable properties to be used in the activities of the association, accepts all kinds of vehicle donations, buys, rents, and covers its expenses. It provides all kinds of technical tools and equipment, fixtures and stationery in order to provide a healthy working environment for the realization of the purpose. It initiates and carries out in-kind and cash donation campaigns within the provisions of the charity collection law and other relevant legislation, and places donation boxes in certain places. It presents the aids specified in the purpose to the attention of the public through written and visual publications. While doing this, it draws attention to the development of awareness of the society's feelings of help and solidarity, social responsibility, respect for national and moral values, and human dignity. In this sense, it makes audio or video broadcasts, has them made and sponsors what is done. In addition, it participates in or has it made cultural and artistic activities such as printing presses, movies, commercials, and theater works that will serve this purpose. Uses the internet in advertising and promotion works. Receives advertisements on the website. It organizes scientific-cultural meetings, makes observations, prepares reports and surveys, establishes and operates scientific research, development and application centers. It provides financial support to those who work individually or institutionally on these issues.
  h-) Evaluation of the association's property: Again, the association sells, converts into money, buys a new one, or spends its income in line with the purpose of the association, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, the tools, equipment, buildings, facilities, land, etc., which have lost their economic value or are insufficient. When it does not use or operate the real estates it owns or will own, it leases it to other institutions, organizations or persons for a long or short term, for a certain fee, and transfers its right to use and operate it. It may temporarily grant this institution or organization the right to use and operate free of charge, provided that it operates in line with the purpose of the association.
  I-) Benefiting from volunteers: The association can benefit from volunteers in all activities it will carry out at home and abroad in order to achieve its goals. It provides training and seminars to the volunteers it has determined in the country and abroad. Establishes voluntary sub-units and commissions related to the activities of the association. The association appoints these commissions on any subject and gives them authority regarding the work they will do. It prepares a regulation regulating their work and their powers. Volunteers are not paid, but the volunteers' work and services include travel, accommodation, accommodation, food, etc. covers its costs.
  The association does not engage in politics in any way.
Field of Activity of the Association
Society; operates in the fields of social aid, humanitarian aid, cooperation and solidarity, culture, education and health, both at home and abroad.
Right to Become a Member and Membership Procedures
Article 3 – Every natural and legal person who has the capacity to act, adopts the aims and principles of the association and accepts to work in this direction and meets the conditions stipulated by the legislation has the right to become a member of this association. However, foreign natural persons must also have the right to settle in Turkey in order to become a member. This condition does not apply to honorary membership.
The membership application to be made in writing to the chairmanship of the association is decided by the board of directors of the association in the form of acceptance or rejection of the request within maximum thirty days and the result is notified to the applicant in writing. The member whose application is accepted is recorded in the book to be kept for this purpose.
The original members of the association are the founders of the association and the persons accepted to membership by the board of directors upon their application.
Those who have provided significant financial and moral support to the association can be accepted as honorary members by the decision of the board of directors.
When the number of branches of the association is more than three, the membership records of those registered at the headquarters of the association are transferred to the branches. New membership applications are made to the branch. The processes of accepting membership and deletion from membership are made by the branch administrative boards and notified to the Headquarters in a letter within maximum thirty days.
Unsubscribe
Article 4-Each member has the right to leave the association, provided that he or she notifies him in writing.
As soon as the resignation petition of the member reaches the board of directors, the exit procedures are deemed to be completed. Resignation from membership does not end the accumulated debts of the member to the association.
Unsubscribe
Article 5- Circumstances that require expulsion from the membership of the association.
1-To act in violation of the association's statute,
2- Constantly avoiding the assigned tasks,
3-Failure to pay the membership fee within six months despite written warnings,
4- Not complying with the decisions made by the association bodies.
5-To lose the conditions of membership,
In case of detection of one of the above-mentioned situations, he can be removed from membership with the decision of the board of directors.
Those who leave or are removed from the association are deleted from the member registry and cannot claim any rights in the association's assets.

Form of Establishment, Meeting Time and Call and Meeting Procedure of the General Assembly of the Association
Article 7 – The general assembly is the most authorized decision-making body of the association; consists of registered members of the association. In case of opening a branch of the association, the number of branches is up to three from the members registered in the head office and branches; In case the number of branches is more than three, registered members in the head office are transferred to the branches and consist of the delegates elected at the general assembly of the branches.
General Assembly;
1- Ordinary at the time specified in this regulation,
2- An extraordinary meeting is called by the board of directors when the board of directors or supervisor deems it necessary or upon the written application of one fifth of the members of the association. If the board of directors does not call the general assembly for a meeting; Upon the application of one of the members, the magistrate assigns three members to call the general assembly for a meeting.
Ordinary general assembly convenes every 3 years, in May, on the day, place and time to be determined by the board of directors.
Call Procedure*
The board of directors prepares the list of members who have the right to attend the general assembly according to the association's by-laws. Members who have the right to attend the general assembly meeting, at least fifteen days in advance, the day, time, place and agenda of the meeting are announced in at least one newspaper or on the website of the association, notified in writing, sent a message to the e-mail address or contact number notified by the member, or by local publication. are called to the meeting by using the tools. In this call, if the meeting cannot be held due to the lack of a quorum, the day, time and place of the second meeting is also specified. The period between the first meeting and the second meeting cannot be less than seven days and more than sixty days.
If the meeting is postponed for any reason other than the lack of quorum, this situation is announced to the members in accordance with the call procedure for the first meeting, including the reasons for the postponement. The second meeting must be held within six months at the latest from the date of adjournment. Members are called back to the second meeting in accordance with the principles specified in the first paragraph.
The general assembly meeting cannot be postponed more than once.
Meeting Procedure*
The general assembly convenes with the participation of the absolute majority of the members who have the right to participate, and two-thirds of the members in the case of a bylaw change and the dissolution of the association; In the event that the meeting is postponed due to lack of majority, majority is not sought in the second meeting. However, the number of members attending this meeting cannot be less than twice the total number of members of the board of directors and supervisory board.
The list of members entitled to attend the general assembly is made available at the meeting place. Identity documents issued by the official authorities of the members who will enter the meeting place are checked by the members of the board of directors or the officials to be appointed by the board of directors. Members enter the meeting place by signing against their names on the list prepared by the board of directors.
If the meeting quorum is met, the situation is determined in a minute and the meeting is opened by the chairman of the board of directors or one of the board members to be appointed. If the meeting quorum is not met, a minute is drawn up by the board of directors.
After the opening, a chairman and a sufficient number of vice-chairmen and a secretary are elected to manage the meeting, and a council committee is formed.
In the voting to be held for the election of the organs of the association, it is obligatory for the voting members to show their identities to the council committee and to sign opposite their names on the list of attendees.
The management and security of the meeting belongs to the chairman of the council.
In the general assembly, only the items on the agenda are discussed. However, it is obligatory to include on the agenda the issues that are requested to be discussed in writing by one-tenth of the members present at the meeting.
Each member has one vote at the general assembly; The member has to use the game personally. Honorary members may attend general meetings but can not vote. If the legal person is a member, the chairman of the board of directors or the person to be assigned to represent the legal person votes.
The issues discussed and the decisions taken at the meeting are written in a minute and signed by the chairman of the council and the clerks.
