As Voluntary Instruments, No. 6698 Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”) We attach great importance to the confidentiality and security of your personal data. This Disclosure Text has been prepared to explain which data we process for what purpose and your rights.

1. Data Controller

Voluntary Vesileler is the data controller of your personal data in accordance with the KVKK.

2. Processed Personal Data

The following data may be processed through donations, communication, volunteer applications and forms on the site:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Address information

  • Donation and transaction history

  • Volunteer application information

  • IP address, browser information (cookies/usage data)

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

  • Carrying out donation and volunteering processes,

  • Sending you information, thank you and campaign content,

  • Reporting and recording procedures in accordance with relevant legislation,

  • Improving your site usage experience,

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations

are processed for their intended purposes.

Your data will only be used to the extent necessary to achieve the above purposes:

  • Authorized public institutions and organizations,

  • With the technical support, software and hosting service providers from whom we receive service,

  • With relevant third parties within the scope of legal obligations

5. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your data is collected through our website, contact forms, email, social media, events and campaigns. by automatic or non-automatic means are collected and processed in line with the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, as the data owner:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • Requesting information about your data if it has been processed,

  • To learn whether it is used for its intended purpose,

  • Knowing the third parties to whom the data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,

  • Request deletion or destruction in accordance with KVKK,

  • Requesting notification of third parties to whom these transactions are transferred,

  • To object to the results that are detrimental to you as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of data.
